Cities Skylines 2 running at 8 FPS on a 5.8 GHz Core i9-13900KS + 32 GB DDR5-7600 MT/s + RX 7900 XTX OC system at 4K High settings. I just don't know what to say anymore. I feel like we've reached rock bottom in terms of terrible PC game releases.
