Happy to see @espn's @JeffPassan include the #PeanutProject in his rundown of possible cities that @MLB will expand to.
Note that when it came to anchor investors, the threshold was: Have any anchor investors publicly attached themselves to a bid? In finance, money committed one day can be gone the next, but putting your name behind something indicates a higher level of commitment... and given my nature to under-promise and over-deliver, I certainly downplayed things with Jeff as making bombastic claims with journalists is usually a red flag.
