Meet the team behind Chainers 👋
Every world has people building it behind the scenes. Chainers is created by the team at 51 Games: developers, producers, artists, game designers, and community specialists who are also gamers themselves.
At 51 Games (
@51gamesGlobal), we build browser-first gaming worlds where players can progress, compete, create, and earn rewards without pay-to-win pressure.
A few principles always come first for us:
🎮 Your progress should matter.
🏆 Your time, skills, and creativity should be rewarded.
🤝 The community should help shape the world.
🌍 Games should be easy to join and worth staying in.
Across our portfolio, we have welcomed more than 6.5 million Chainers from over 150 countries. Today, much of our experience, creativity, and energy goes into building and growing Chainers.
But who are the people behind the game?
🔺 Ivan Dzhulai - Chief World Builder
Ivan’s main mission is to make sure hundreds of ideas, plans, deadlines, and unexpected surprises somehow turn into an actual game. With more than 13 years in game development, he keeps the studio moving in one direction and prevents development chaos from becoming the final boss.
When he is not building game worlds, he collects board games, paints miniatures, goes fishing, and occasionally restores his energy with Irish beer.
🔺 Antonina Malyhina - Quest Master
Antonina makes sure life in Chainers never becomes too quiet. Quests, updates, events, new features, and all the things that suddenly appear in the game after weeks of mysterious work behind the scenes—she helps make them happen.
She has more than 16 years in game development and has worked on games for Microsoft, Mattel, and Warner Bros. She also owns more than 150 games on Steam, apparently because producing one game was not enough.
She collects rare Formula 1 model cars, which probably explains why she expects everything to move fast.
🔺 Roman Pinskyi - Chief Chainers Maker
Roman is responsible for bringing new Chainers into the world and making sure existing ones know what is happening. He helps tell the Chainers story, spreads the word beyond the game, listens to the community, and searches for new ways to make the Chainers family bigger.
He has more than 14 years of experience across gaming, crypto, retail, and marketplaces. He is also a fan of sports, games, and good wine—preferably
