牛来 is one of the first memes i’ve seen that genuinely makes sense in completely different ways to the East and the West and that’s exactly why i think people are underestimating it the West sees something foreign, absurd and viral they don’t even need to understand the characters they just understand internet culture well enough to know when something has the potential to spread the East sees something completely different 牛 means bull/ox and “牛” is already deeply connected to bullishness, strength and even being fucking good at something Chinese traders don’t look at 牛来 and see some random ticker they read “the bull is coming” that’s where this gets interesting to me two completely different cultures two completely different reasons for believing somehow arriving at the exact same meme the West sees virality the East sees the bull arriving and $牛来 sits directly in the middle of both i genuinely think this cycle is going to have a much bigger Chinese influence than people on CT are expecting, and if that happens, having one of the first real Chinese ticker memes already spreading globally could become a ridiculous narrative maybe i’m delusional but i don’t think this is something you judge over the next few candles short term creates narratives time reveals which ones were actually real and i still don’t think the East has fully arrived yet that’s the part i don’t think is priced in the horse runs the bull arrives 牛来
