I have had AI answer a call and
1. FAIL to self-identify as AI
2. Transferred to a Human who says "I see you talked to Amanda," and I said "Yes and she didn't introduce herself as AI and neither did YOU!" Support staff giggled
3. Sound of clicking clacking of keyboard added to an AI customer greeting. I called it out. The AI giggled.
4. AI Grok repeatedly doesn't yet acknowledge "current event [fake happening] headlines!"
