Oregon Governor @TinaKotek offers each Oregonian using SNAP benefits 11 cents per day during the federal lockdown. Quoth Gov. Kotek: “While the Republican-controlled Congress fails to do its job, Oregon will do ours.” What was Kotek’s generous offer to struggling Oregonian? She is offering $5 million in emergency funds to Oregon’s food bank network (read the Oregon Food Bank) to “assist families in need” during 60-day period. Considering that 757k Oregonians use snap benefits, that equates to a whopping $6.60/person, or 11 cents per day over 60 days. Oregon’s total monthly SNAP benefit is over $140 million, which means her emergency plan only covers 3.5% of the normal benefit amount. How does Kotek plan to make up the difference? She is asking other struggling Oregonians to foot the bill by donating their own money to the cause. “We stand up for each other, whether it’s fires, floods, or any other crisis. I call on all Oregonians to do what they can to help their neighbors.” On top of all of this absurdity is that these fund are not going directly to those in need, but rather the Oregon Food Bank, which is ostensively a Democrat PAC which has given considerable campaign funds to the governor in the past. As a reminder, Kotek formerly worked as a lobbyist for the OFB. Also, when Kotek decided to “refund” donations from the cartel connected couple from La Mota after her campaign, she actually gifted $50k to the OFB, which undoubtedly was filtered back to Kotek in donations from the Food Bank’s 501 (c)(4). In the same period, Washington state has committed $18 million in funds. In other words, this is all purely sleight of hand. In truth, Gov. Kotek is showing she can’t be counted on to protect the most vulnerable in the state: the kids and the elderly.

HUGE celebrations across Israel 🇮🇱 tonight, AND at 6pm their "last & greatest day" of Tabernacles began. For the first time in 3 years they have NO hostages being held! AND they celebrate 🥳 Yahweh's Atonement with mankind. Two of the best days yet for Israel, today & tomorrow!

It’s hard to capture the pure joy and jubilation on the streets of Tel Aviv tonight. We were having a late al fresco dinner when throngs of people would come by at regular intervals, singing and chanting merrily. They carried Torah scrolls like they were Stanley Cup trophies, hoisting them into the air and dancing around it. They have many reasons to celebrate today. The hostages are home, war is over, and it’s Simchat Torah - the happiest day of the Jewish holiday season where they celebrate and honor God’s Word.

Friends. Im facing a lawsuit for defending myself against a black bloc rioter. The mutual aid lawyer is using a statute that will require me to pay all their lawyer fees if they win even a dollar. This could cost me upwards of 50 grand if I fight it and lose. I need help and don’t want to lose my home over something like this. I will be grateful for any help. Link in the next post.
