Ukraine’s ask to E5 partners: interceptors now, drone funding for 2027. Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara proposed that Germany, the UK, France, Poland and Italy transfer 10% of their Patriot and IRIS-T stocks now, in exchange for missiles Ukraine has already contracted for later delivery. He also stressed the need for MANPADS against jet-powered drones. Khmara: “We propose not merely increasing procurement, but scaling up the joint production of Ukrainian drones in other countries.” Read more: mod.gov.ua/en/news/ukraine-a…

🇺🇦🤝🇲🇩 A day after signing the military-technical cooperation agreement, Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara and his Moldovan counterpart Anatolie Nosatîi discussed how to put it into practice, starting with air defense. Ukraine is ready to share its experience in countering drones, early warning, and air threat information exchange, and to help Moldova work out what equipment it needs. Evgeniy Khmara: “Ukrainian interceptor drones and EW systems have already proven their effectiveness in real combat.” mod.gov.ua/en/news/moldova-a…

Russian casualties from Ukrainian drones have passed 300,000 since January 1. That is roughly 1,000 a day, every day, for almost ten months. Every hit is recorded on video in DELTA and verified by @BRAVE1ua. No month has dropped below 26,000, and March peaked at nearly 34,000. Every Russian soldier stopped by a drone is one who never reaches a Ukrainian position. Verified hits earn units points for more drones, EW systems and UGVs through Brave1 Market. Ground robots already evacuate the wounded across the frontline. Now evacuation is taking to the air. StarGate, Ukraine’s first aerial drone designed for this mission, can carry up to 150 kg, with a stretcher compartment built in. In just one week, it has already been used to evacuate two seriously wounded warriors from the gray zone, where ground vehicles could not reach them.

Europe’s security is being tested now, not on the day Russian troops cross a NATO border. Moscow is rebuilding its forces while running a hybrid campaign across the continent. Danish intelligence expects that campaign to intensify and warns that the risk of limited attacks on NATO states, though low, is rising. Ukraine’s resilience is part of Europe’s defense. Supporting it is an investment in Europe’s own security. An in-depth analysis of the threat Russia poses to Europe beyond tanks and missiles: armyinform.com.ua/en/2026/10…

16 ballistic missiles and 280+ drones in one night. Russia hit a university campus, then struck again as rescuers helped the wounded. Every delayed Patriot and NASAMS package is another Russian strike that gets through.
The number of people injured in the Russian strike on a university campus and the surrounding area yesterday evening has risen to 12. Five of them are students and university staff. While emergency services were helping people and dealing with the aftermath of the first strike, the Russians used ballistic missiles again. In total, 16 ballistic missiles were launched overnight. More than 280 drones as well. Tragically, there have been casualties and hits in Kyiv, including on the South Bridge. A serious escalation in Russia’s operation against our logistics. There were also strikes on the Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Kherson, and Chernivtsi regions. Almost everywhere, Russia’s targets were the energy sector, logistics, and ordinary urban infrastructure. The artificial and prolonged delays in the delivery of interceptor packages for Patriot and NASAMS systems, which unfortunately have occurred recently, are directly helping Russia achieve the objectives of its terrorist campaign. Every such delay means another Russian strike on one facility or another. Unfortunately, strikes are taking place every day. Russia is constantly taking new steps toward escalation. Pressure on Russia and real support for Ukraine are needed to change the situation. I thank everyone who truly supports our efforts to protect lives and understands the importance of support packages arriving on time. We must bring peace closer and save lives. Thank you to everyone who stands with Ukraine!

Russian ballistic missiles struck the grounds of a university in Kyiv and the area around it – effectively the campus, Kyoto Park, the area near a metro station, and residential buildings. The exact number of casualties is not yet known. But tragically, there are victims. There are people injured. Rescue operations are underway. There is extensive damage, and there are also reports that people may be trapped under the rubble. All emergency services are at the scene and doing their work – saving lives. The missiles hit very crowded areas, and there is not a single military facility nearby. This was a strike directly on the city, on its infrastructure. Unfortunately, there may be more strikes coming. The attack with “shaheds” is also continuing – against Kyiv and our other cities and communities. And it is precisely under such circumstances, when the threat is constant, when strikes can come at any moment and target cities and villages directly, that artificial delays in providing air defense to Ukraine help terror. It is important that political agreements be implemented promptly at the team level. It is important that our partners understand that Ukraine needs the proper tools to destroy Russian ballistic missile launchers. This would be the most effective way to save lives. It is important that the world sees that Russia is showing nothing but a desire to kill and continue waging war. Ukraine must not be left to face this alone, and it is solely Russia’s fault that the war is still going on and people are still dying. Please take care of yourselves. All partners should stand with Ukraine – with the protection of lives. @ZelenskyyUa x.com/ZelenskyyUa/status/211…

This Russian BM-30 Smerch shelled civilians in Kherson region. Intelligence analysts tracked its fire, and recon drones found it about 60 km behind the front line. Bomber drones then struck both the launcher and its reload vehicle, leaving a heavy rocket system that targeted homes as scrap metal. The hunt continues.

Ukraine’s Defense Forces have logged more than 3 million strike missions in DELTA’s Mission Control module since March. Mission Control records the result of each completed mission so the data can shape the next one. In September alone, warriors entered over 1.8 million results, more than nine times the monthly volume at the start of the year. As of October 1: - ~3.6M reconnaissance reports - 3M+ strike missions - 1.02M+ UAV logistics missions, plus ~168K by UGVs - ~500K aerial interception missions - ~370K remote mining missions Read more: mod.gov.ua/en/news/drone-war…

Before the full-scale invasion, Denys built websites. He walked into a recruitment center, retrained in air defense, and spent two years commanding a Raven platoon that downed over 50 air targets, mostly Shaheds and recon drones. Then came IRIS-T. On his crew’s first night in position, they shot down three cruise missiles and five attack drones. Today the unit’s tally exceeds 50. 📷: Air Command “West”

For the first time in the world, a wounded warrior has been evacuated from the front line by an aerial drone. An infantryman of the 30th Mechanized Brigade was hit at a position he could not be evacuated from by any other means. Warriors of the 92nd Assault Brigade, the 30th and 14th Mechanized Brigades and the 10th Army Corps worked with manufacturer Gurzuf Defence to find a technical solution and bring him out.

Russian fixed-wing drones are having a rough time over this sector. The brigade’s interceptor crews hunt them down so fewer enemy eyes watch our guns, and the warriors and equipment below can work in greater safety. Each takedown comes from a tight team that has learned to adapt fast to how this war is fought in the air. 📹: 26th Artillery Brigade

🇺🇦🤝🇩🇪 Ukrainian technology and combat experience, scaled with German production capacity, can strengthen the security of all of Europe. That was Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Hvozdiar’s message at the first German-Ukrainian Defense and Security Conference organized by @AHK_Ukraine. Joint production projects are already running. The next step is scaling them through long-term contracts, joint venture financing and war-risk insurance.

Solutions from the US company Lockheed Martin, one of the largest manufacturers of defence technology, are already working to defend Ukraine. These include HIMARS, F-16s and PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems. Minister of Defence of Ukraine Evgeniy Khmara and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi met with a Lockheed Martin delegation led by Orlando Sanchez Jr., President of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. The meeting focused on the importance of stable weapons deliveries and further cooperation. The parties also discussed the value of the F-16 for the Air Force. These aircraft are currently one of the key means of countering Russian jet-powered drones. It is also important for Ukraine to expand aircraft maintenance to more locations, including through localisation. These issues were raised during the talks. “The F-16 is part of Ukrainian aviation. Ukraine is committed to a long-term partnership with Lockheed Martin. It is important to increase weapons deliveries and do everything we can to ensure that as many F-16s as possible remain in service and operate in Ukrainian skies,” Evgeniy Khmara stressed. The talks also focused on scaling up supplies of PAC-3 interceptors to counter ballistic missiles. We look forward to mutually beneficial cooperation with Lockheed Martin for years to come. Ukraine is ready to share its unique combat experience so that, together, we can make defence solutions more effective in modern warfare.
