Chesterton's Fence
No understanding of the purpose of morning light. Our country despises the science of circadian rhythms.

We’ve been working on this at the individual level for years. Time to scale it up.
Hospitals should heal people—and that includes the food they serve. Patients deserve meals made with real, nutritious ingredients that help them recover, not highly processed foods that fuel chronic disease. That's why @DrOzCMS and I are launching the Make Hospital Food Healthier Pledge. Today, we're calling on hospitals across America to join us and commit to serving REAL, nutritious food to every patient. Together, we can transform hospital nutrition, improve patient care, and Make America Healthy Again.

One more thing….
Yoga decreases cortisol. Walking decreases cortisol. Hugging decreases cortisol. Laughing decreases cortisol. Gratitude decreases cortisol. Journaling decreases cortisol. Being kind decreases cortisol. Meditating decreases cortisol. Time in nature decreases cortisol. Helping others decreases cortisol. Slow breathing decreases cortisol. Getting sunlight decreases cortisol. Listening to music decreases cortisol. Limiting phone use decreases cortisol. Petting your dog/cat decreases cortisol. Getting enough sleep decreases cortisol.

Good
Thank you, @Gatorade, for removing artificial FD&C colors and switching to newly @US_FDA–approved plant-based dyes from fruits and vegetables. I urge every food company to follow your lead and join us to Make America Healthy Again.

Good news is that steak is made out of peptides, so no need to supplement

true indeed - these fix almost everything (with a couple caveats). If you find that sleep, good nutrition, and exercise are not working, a cortisol-producing adrenal tumor should be high on the list. call me.
Lack of sleep, bad nutrition, lack of exercise are the root causes. Your body was fearfully and wonderfully made and if you don’t take care of it, the natural consequence is going to be disease and death.

The most important fight of my life isn’t in the ring. I’m not fighting for a belt. I’m fighting for our health.  Processed foods are killing us. We have been lied to and we need to eat real food again.

Glad they are finally catching on. This is old news to the endo crowd. the only time that calories are related to mass is when you are doing nuclear chemistry. #All_Disease_is_Endocrine_Dysfunction
The Calorie concept is dead, says the NYTimes. I'm quoted in this article that covers its history and demise. nytimes.com/2026/01/20/dinin…

Fruit Loops promote endocrine signaling dysfunction
The prior dietary guidelines were driven by mercantile interests of the food industry. It was that impulse that drove Froot Loops to the top of the food pyramid. Our new guidelines have one simple message: Eat Real Food.
