ARP asks "who has this IP." DHCP discover asks "can someone give me one." same idea, different job.
cross a router? neither makes it.

my python checker approved length, digits, caps and symbols. then i added a common-password list + .lower() so "Password" still gets caught. attackers guess these first.

Did you know that when you look at an IPv4 address like 192.168.0.1, your computer actually translates it into a string of 32 ones and zeros ?
Just finished studying IPv4 rules. It's just 4 simple bytes formatted to make networking easier for humans.
