Banks are building tokenized deposits and private settlement networks. The harder question is interoperability. Can institutions connect while protecting sensitive data and keeping control? If not, tokenization may improve efficiency without making finance meaningfully more开放.

The loudest blockchain brand may not win tokenized finance. The more important winner could be neutral infrastructure that helps banks, markets, and users connect without forcing everyone into one private garden. Boring rails can be powerful.

A tokenized asset is only as open as its surrounding rails. Ask: • Who can hold it? • Where can it move? • Which networks can recognize it? • Who controls the rules? The token is the easy part. Connectivity is the real test.

Tokenization is not the same as democratization. A bank can turn an asset into a token and still keep access gated, settlement closed, and users inside its own walls. Digital does not automatically mean open.
