The deputy got Byrne to meet up with the pretend boy, and Byrne was arrested backstage in the Epcot lot. Disney says Byrne is not an employee and is unsure how he gained access to that part of the property. Byrne was charged with solicitation of a minor via computer, transmission of harmful material to minors, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
