First gal, ESL, hung up on me when she couldn’t understand my # Second gal: had no clue. Ran me through the wringer trying to “verify” who I was (after they sent test deposits to my bank account, didn’t even ask for them!).and ended the call asking me to MAIL OR FAX TWO forms of ID before they would release the funds! Asked for supervisor. Hung up after three separate holds. Called back. Waited 1.5 hours. William the good ol boy got it done. Paid an 18$ consciences fee for a direct deposit I won’t see for a week but I DONT CARE!!!! All this, just to buy her headstone :(
