If those numbers are true, which I am sure they are, it would mean Iranians have not only confronted Israel, USA and it's allies in the ME, but NATO combined and still they not only survived, but have emerged more powerful. The war might have caused them economic and life losses, but they have emerged more stronger politically and strategically.

Rutte's actual point was European bases providing logistics/access for a US-led operation, not NATO declaring war on Iran. Spain publicly refused use of its airspace and bases. Conflating "hosted US aircraft" with "NATO waging war" is doing a lot of work here.
