I voted No in 2014.
I did so for two reasons.
1. We were told that leaving the UK would decimate our pensions, which Salmonds ego didn't think needed an answer.
2. That remaining in the UK was the only way to stay in the EU.
Its time for a new Referendum.
Maximum monthly State Pension.
Luxembourg £5,426
Norway £1,839
Switzerland £1,657
Denmark £1,486
Sweden £1,373
Belgium £1,338
Netherlands £1,322
France £1,254
Spain £1,238
UK £997
Guess which is unaffordable?
Norway’s steps to Independence- its Parliament declared its Union with Sweden as dissolved- held a referendum and the public supported that dissolution and Norway’s independence. Sweden then recognised it. Norway’s Parliament did not ask for permission to do this.@JohnSwinney.
Reasons for Starmer out are many
But never forget this one:
11th Oct’23
“🇮🇱 does have that right" to cut off water & power from Gaza 🇵🇸
Support for 🇮🇱 starving children
Netanyahu’s 🇮🇱 partner
Starmer is not a ‘decent man’
He belongs in The Hague.
Keir Starmer’s speech in a nutshell:
1. Anyone who criticises me is dangerous and wrong
2. I’m right. You just don’t realise it yet.
3. I will cling on to power. I’ll work even harder doing the same crap things and nothing will change.
4. I have no vision, just empty rhetoric.
"If you haven't got the courage to stand against the wealthy and the powerful and redistribute wealth and power back to working people, then don't stand up and say you're going to deliver real change”

Labour MP Josh Simons says Keir Starmer should step down and lead an orderly transition to find a successor:
"He has lost the country. He should take control of the situation by overseeing an orderly transition to a new prime minister."
Simons writes: "When a party fears the people it was created to represent, it is marching towards extinction...
"These elections were not a normal mid-term drubbing, they were an unequivocal judgment that our actions do not meet the moment. We constantly talk big, then act small."
He adds: "Putting the people I represent and the country I love first, I do not believe the prime minister can rise to this moment. He has lost the country. He should take control of the situation by overseeing an orderly transition to a new prime minister.
"What happens next is not a horse race, it’s about the future of our party and our country. Over the coming months, how the Labour Party conducts itself matters. To avoid leadership chaos, senior figures across factions should come together to decide the best way forward. The public expects nothing less."
A group of Imams have issued a collective statement condemning the recent attack in Golders Green, London, on April 29.
It reads: “We note with grave concern the violent attack on two Jewish men in Golders Green, London. We extend our thoughts and solidarity to those injured, their families and the wider Jewish community.
“Any act of violence or intimidation directed at individuals because of their faith or identity is utterly unacceptable. Incidents which create fear within communities, particularly near places of worship or religious gathering, undermine the safety and cohesion of our shared society.”
