@RAILGUN_Project and @0xprivacypools get flak for sanctions checks, but neither can freeze or take your funds without notice.
RAILGUN: screening is client side, and a flagged shield can still unshield back to its origin. Confiscating funds would take a smart contract upgrade, which requires a RAIL vote--a form of public due process--with the exact calldata onchain 7+ days before execution. and no confiscation policy is currently contemplated.
Privacy Pools: the ASP can withhold approval, which forces a public ragequit to your deposit address. Deanonymization, not seizure.
to me this is the line of "permissionless but not lawless "...anyone can use these systems with no fear of funds seizure, but there are legal protections that may nerf certain features...
85k is the most powerful golden fib we've seen in years. Its served as extreme support and resistance in both directions with 5+ rejections/supports in both directions. There's a really good chance we catapult upward from here and find resistance at 94. Retard season is here.
The most unique thing about $RAIL is distribution. Most privacy projects/protocols try to offer privacy through their own website, app, or entity. RAILGUN offers it through smart contracts + third party builders handling frontend UX + contract upgrades preserved by stakers.
Big difference between NEAR and Railgun in terms of privacy.
On NEAR you have no control of your view key, meaning if any third party asks to decrypt txs data they will do.
Railgun instead gives the view key to the user, meaning that only the user has the power to decrypt it.
Still gotta close the week above the 50week sma, call it 82k to be conservative. Would be very bullish of so, hyper bullish if over 85. 85 is a great place to deploy dry powder imo.
I don’t know why @benjamincowen gets so much hate.
In terms of public calls he’s right pretty often.
All of his takes are based on logic and data and he explains them in great detail.
And he also states all the time that he never even shorts Bitcoin
I don't make markets. I just call them perfectly every single cycle while a bunch of people pretend they're more intelligent. There are different types of intelligence my guy, and on my end of the spectrum I'm a fucking genius so fuck your smug ass.
None of us know what the crypto market is about to do. June knows, and she's a fine piece of ass. But that grifter on your timeline with a penguin or milady pfp has no fucking clue.
one of my biggest asks for @RAILGUN_Project has always been... hardware wallet support.
in about a week's worth of work, @_zy0nn prototyped zk proofs that sign from a @Ledger 🤯
the story 👇
June has proven to be a month of signal. If we can flush at least another 9k on BTC right now this may be a flush to the bottom. Otherwise we probably need to wait til Oct for a standard bottoming in tune with the 4 year cycle. Personally, I'd prefer the capitulation now.
There’s a big difference between systems that pretend to be decentralized & systems actually decentralized.
I also prefer the PPOI approach for privacy. I do not want my funds mixed in the same pool as illicit actors which results in a justification for address tainting.
Oh look, the analyst with perhaps the best track record in crypto agrees with the guy who's been predicting the same thing with 0 engagement since October.
Plausible path:
Bitcoin forms a low in June (like it did in June 2018 and June 2022).
BTC rallies in July
SPX correction later in year which allows Bitcoin to finally bottom (most likely October)
Four year cycle wins again
