That the trustee would allow ONLY McCabe to bid on grabbing a possible $100 million + in avoidance claims against 24M and Authentic boggles the mind, especially after she was forced to take $12 million in litigation funding organized by Wes "Ain't No" Christian off the table because of Scotty Traudt and Dani Spears digging into the deal, and wanting it exposed... Greg is running out of plays in the playbook, and the entire idea to give him all the books and investigations done by the trustee and co. means this bankruptcy has been all about McCabe being protected...hence: his attorney Ain't No gets a seat as special counsel. He gets privileged treatment in not having to open his books. They could have gone after him for an early $17 million avoidance claim (now the subject of a possibly illegal tolling arrangement with the trustee "not to sue him now") that would have financed all the other lawsuits but... Yeah, you guessed it: Christian was right there in the middle of it all. Only an idiot thinks all the breaks have caught have been because of the trust and respect he has earned after making $70 million on MMTLP while every other fool held,...and held...and held...and yes, I am one of those fools. My guess is he went on Lara Logan's podcast to contaminate future jury pools in Texas for when and if he is arrested or indicted for securities fraud and a variety of other things at both the state and federal level.
