Although i think maybe its worth to go full dmg items on Caitlyn in some games so it opened my mind about that

Isnt it crazy that Caitlyn got dumbed down so much over the years that her winrate is high but skilled Caitlyn winrate has fallen down so much to a 54.98% wr?
And the nerf she gets punishes more the skilled Caitlyn using headshot well rather than noob cait AA bot gameplay?

The Caitlyn nerfs are still big...
Losing 46% ad ratio on each headshot is a big blow to her lategame damage, and as compensation Caitlyn gets 20 base damage on Q max rank?
which btw doesnt do much because most of the dmg is carried by the ad ratio
at best case its 3.7% dmg buff
Additional context from Captain Gameplay. The removal of crit scaling is a bug, bonus AD ratio is going down to 60-80%, crit scaling reduced from 1% to 0.8%, but there will be some Q compensation buffs that haven't shown up on PBE yet.

So Caitlyn gets a buff early game and a huge nerf late game... but isnt what makes her frustrating the early game dominance?
Like just nerf her early game, i dont get this change, shes not thanos late game compared to other adcs that can do more than her
Caitlyn change:
- Headshot bonus AD ratio changed from 60-100% to 80% flat
- Headshot no longer scales with crit modifiers

im assuming the crit modifier being removed is the crit damage modifier(in respect to IE), but if they remove the actual crit chance scaling too then the champion is mega dead, not even exaggerating
