It's wonderful to see the @MoJGovUK making such good use of mediation. It was nice to be quoted in their press release on behalf of the @civil_mediation along with @JamesS_CEDR of @cedrsays and @MMcTagueFSB of the @fsb_policy

I have never heard such a ridiculous conclusion. Our policy might break Human Rights Art. 3 (Torture, inhuman & degrading treatment) and Art 8 (Family life) so let's leave the ECHR...
I can understand arguing to leave so that our courts are in control but this is perverse logic.
