🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Houston after a mother just SH0T and K*LLED her OWN DAUGHTER instead of handing her over to the girl's father after losing custody... ...and the court had ruled she couldn't even be ALONE with that child!!! The girl went home with her anyway and the mother k*lled her. Yes, you read that right. The court itself decided this mother could not be trusted alone with her child. And then her child went home with her, alone, anyway. Her name was Vivian Savella. She was 4 years old. Her family says she was "loved without limit." On Tuesday, September 29th, there was a custody hearing in Houston. Vivian's father, Aaron, had spent that whole case doing it the right way. In his family's words: "He trusted the courts. He followed every order. He waited for the process to work." And on Tuesday, it finally did. A judge gave Aaron primary custody of Vivian... the right to decide where she lived, her medical care, her schooling. The mother? Court documents say she was "awarded possession of the child only when continuously supervised." Vivian was supposed to be handed over to her dad that night. She never made it. ...but it gets worse According to the father's attorney, the court never spelled out HOW that handoff was supposed to happen. The supervision was supposed to come through a court-appointed agency, but the ruling had JUST come down... and no supervisor was with Vivian and her mother that day. So after the hearing, police say, Vivian and her mother went home. To the same townhome on Terra Reserve Place. Her stepfather and a babysitter were downstairs. Just before 6 that evening, they heard gunshots from the third floor. They forced their way into Vivian's room. Her stepfather tried CPR. Vivian didn't make it. Her mother had SH0T herself too. She later passed away at the hospital. A judge put it in writing that this mother could not be alone with Vivian. Hours later, she was. And now a father who did everything the law asked of him is burying his little girl. Say her name. Vivian Savella. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after a South Carolina mom ST*BBED her 6-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter ~50 TIMES with a knife and then BEAT THEM WITH A BASEBALL BAT... ...she was ALREADY OUT ON BOND for child endangerment!!! The boy may lose his ARM. Her name is Taylor Gosnell. She's 35, from Cowpens, in Spartanburg County. On February 12th, 2024, she was arrested on two counts of unlawfully placing a child at risk of harm. A judge set bond at $5,000 per charge, she walked. That case sat in the system for 31 MONTHS!!!! No trial. No resolution. Last Friday night, deputies say, she picked up a baseball bat and a knife. Investigators believe the attack happened in the dark, overnight. Then she LEFT. Her 3-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son lay injured in that house, for HOURS. Saturday afternoon the 6-year-old found a way to call his grandmother. He told her his mom wasn't there, and he and his sister were hungry. Grandma grabbed Gosnell's ex-boyfriend and drove over. They found both children covered in BL00D. Televisions smashed. Mirrors shattered. Glass everywhere. "Between the two children, we're estimating that there were approximately 50 ST*B wounds," said Graham McLellan with the Sheriff's Office. "Some of the lacerations were so deep they cut to the bone," the Solicitor's Office told the judge. The little boy took the worst of it. Prosecutors say he's "facing the possibility of amputation of fingers and possibly an arm." HE IS 6 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While deputies were still inside, Gosnell pulled up to the house. She was talking fast. She told them she was having "visions." Then she tried to run from the ambulance. Deputies handcuffed her to the stretcher. AND IT GETS WORSE. Both kids are at Prisma Health Children's Hospital in Greenville. Multiple surgeries are ahead of them... please, PLEASE pray for these two young children today.
