Senator, where .ost people take issue is the access to the data without a warrant. As you well know as a lawyer, police need reasonable suspicion, then probable cause to get a warrant. All too frequently they are accessing the data as a means to establish suspicion or probable cause. Thats in direct conflict with the 4th amendment.

Who cares about the warrant, what about the private sector? Flock can grant access to anyone. They could grant access to a Daycare and they daycare could track every car that leaves a middle school so they can find out who could be a potential customer. You guys are looking at it from one VERY VERY NARROW point of view.
