We don't need more bills Josh. Pass the Bills the House sent over to the Senate. The house writes the bills, the Senate Votes on them. If the Senate doesn't pass the bills, they Senate can do it's own bill, pass it and sent it to a joint Committee to iron out a compromise.

Flock and others should not be allowed to record anyone unless the police get a warrant and only then limited surveillance. They should not be allowed to just record everyone tracking their every move. That’s called stalking and it is illegal in most states.

Senator, where .ost people take issue is the access to the data without a warrant. As you well know as a lawyer, police need reasonable suspicion, then probable cause to get a warrant. All too frequently they are accessing the data as a means to establish suspicion or probable cause. Thats in direct conflict with the 4th amendment.
