With recent DirectX sync, majority of user-mode DLLs in #ReactOS are now in sync with Wine-10.0! This will help NT6 transition effort.
Our contributor @MishaTheCoder has carried out major work syncing various DLLs, plus importing some new ones from Wine ^^

After years, several PRs, 200+ hours, dozens of commits, countless tests... DirectX and WineD3D components of #ReactOS are now all synced with Wine 10.1!!!
Along with enhancements of compatibility with games for XP and below, soon DX10/11/12 compatibility will be possible!!

Nothing makes me want to work on open source windows more than the average behavior of Linux users and how they treat people.
Even treating people trying to walk in through the door of their community.
People being willing to learn is a good thing, turning them away is bad :3
Seeing the Linux community response on this is classic neck beard shit. For those wondering what happened it played out like this
-I woke computer from sleep
- 1 of my 2 monitors didn’t boot, I then noticed it was frozen in my other monitor
-tried getting to terminal/dekstop/any sign of life but couldn’t
- held the power button to reboot
- it then failed to boot, often spitting out errors related to KDE
I spent a couple hours looking online for this error, following some guides that seemed decent but ultimately couldn’t get it to work
Not everyone is a Linux expert, Windows has its issues also. It’s not a black and white issue.

Our contributor @MishaTheCoder has synced COM, OLE32 and related components with Wine 10.0.
Along with WinRT DLLs being able to be imported, this sync brings various NT6 functions into #ReactOS!

It's graphics that happening.
A number of developers and contributors (mostly @The_DarkFire__!) are working on our kernel and Win32 subsystem to get more video card drivers working in #ReactOS!
Many fixes have already been landed!!
Test results coming soon.

WIDL/WPP tools and DLL of RPCRT4 are now synced in #ReactOS with Wine 10.0.
This is a major step for future Winesyncs and compiling WinRT *.idl files!

When user profile of #ReactOS was corrupted for a reason (such as hard reset), you used to see the unresponsive Ctrl-Alt-Del screen on boot.
Our developer Hermes Belusca-Maito has implemented proper error reporting in Winlogon. See it in action.
