Limerence is really a crazy thing, I wouldn't want my worst of enemies to go through it. And for those who go through it, we will work our ways to improve ourselves against it.

That's a commonly ignored fact. It's not like Leonardo da Vinci invented the helicopter, or even Paul Cornu who built one that took off in 1907. But Louis Bréguet invented the swashplate, and Henrich Focke flew a controllable helicopter with contra-rotating rotors, all before Igor Sikorsky came up with the variable-pitch tail rotor and made the whole thing practical in 1939. Getting the basic idea is the easy part. Building it is harder. Making it work is even harder.

At the end of the day, am I genuinely sleeping happy with my day? Or am I just trying to get it over with asap just so I don't have to look back? Living for another day and living like another day exists are two different things, and I'm learning the difference.

If you don't use the energy you have been given by nature to build yourself and go after your desires - then that same energy will start working against you. Self sabotage, emotional outbursts, stress eating, emotional reactivity, impulsiveness, being bitter & envious, feeling of hopelesness - they all wreck you bit by bit. Then you are going to wonder if there's something wrong with you. And then it becomes your identity. You become meme'd into believing this is how you are born. Always remember, unused energy doesn't vanish in thin air, but when there's no healthy outlet, it will turn your body and mind against your own self.

Hey guys, I wanted to raise awareness for a family in the US where the husband, Rob is dealing with stage 4 cancer. Rob has wife and kids. Life can be so unpredictable. When I saw their instagram account, it completely tore me down. Sharing their gofund me in comments 🙏

I looked at pictures of myself 5 months back, bro I look soo much different and better. It's crazy what some regular gym does to your physique and appearance. Go to the gym anon, it's really a mental thing.

Neuroplasticity will make you a millionaire.
Neuroplasticity isn’t just about complex skills or learning new languages. The fastest way to spark cognitive flexibility is injecting tiny friction into daily, automatic habits.

Amazon ml challenge got me thinking, the ability to implement using compute is just as important as the program in itself. The biggest bottleneck is compute and choosing the right code. This opens up my mind on what exactly is covered by ai engineering

When your confidence is at an all time low. When you have nothing to show, then the only way to build real confidence is by proof of action and results. No amount of gimmicky mental tricks are going to work. When you are at rock bottom, the only way out is through relentless execution and results. Don't be fooled by some magic pill(shortcuts) a lot of people propogate and try to sell. The only way you better your life is through action and results. Action and results. Brutal objectivity. Mental tricks and higher ways to attain more confidence comes only after you are standing firm on your two feet.

Having something to always look forward to is what keeps you going. You can be sleeping less, grinding 12 hours, having responsibilities it doesn't matter. If you have a strong why to live, the body will create all the necessary energy for you to thrive.
