Startup lost $2,500 because 'Claude, make my website secure' didn't work like he thought!

I was casually scrolling through X when I saw THIS post 175 customers were charged $500 each. He lost $2,500 in Stripe fees before rotating the keys. Yes, he vibe coded it but how was that possible?
