Top researchers and executives are speaking out, forcing AI companies to claim they want regulation. But let’s be clear: AI companies have the power to shut down their dangerous models, pause development, and stop pouring billions into data centers RIGHT NOW.

Congress faces a crossroads — believing AI companies are too big to regulate or question, or requiring them to serve the public and opening the door to real competition. I will be introducing a bill soon to do the latter.
