We typically do 97% of our EV charging at home, but we recently got back from a road trip, and along the way had to supercharge several times. Since we were traveling with our dog, we tried to plan on charging at places that seem like a good “pit stop” for everyone. One example that stands out in my mind is Alpine, Ca. They are the newer 325kw superchargers, and they are placed on the side of the car, not the rear, so you have to make sure you pull in to the correct spot or it will not reach. Using FSD to do all the driving, it parked for us too, and 3/4 times, when using those style of chargers, it pulled into the wrong spot. Has anyone else had this experience? It is wholly unacceptable that a HW4 Tesla, running 14.3.5 would make a mistake that bad at a Tesla supercharger. I had to re-park manually to be able to charge. This should be fairly “low hanging fruit” to correct. I am rarely disappointed using FSD, but this is a big fat “L” in my opinion.
