At this difficult time, standing with every affected farmer and ensuring timely relief and support remains a priority. Met farmers in Washim district, whose crops have been adversely affected by drought like conditions and spoke directly with them to understand the losses and difficulties they are facing. Inspected the crop and water situation in Karanja, Mangrulpir and Malegaon talukas of Washim district. Under Trigger-1 of the state’s drought management code, an order for immediate assistance will be issued tomorrow.
