Two solo Bitcoin miners defy the odds and hit jackpot blocks on consecutive days. 🔸One ran a 16 TH/s setup: $500–$1.5k 🔸One used FutureBit gear: $900-$2k 🔸Both kept the full 3.125 BTC + fees Congrats to those lucky miners!

If you bought Bitcoin every time Jason said it would fail, you'd be up 451%. He is a moron.
A brutal year for Bitcoin is just getting started. Give me three minutes to explain why you should dump it now. Outflows from ETFs are signal and will continue. We will test the 57k low again in the next 12 months. Why? Because there are far too many dynamic places to put your money that are creating MUCH more value. Why put your resources into a dead network that offers nothing beyond a store of value? What's the point of place the BTC be if Bitcoin's Ponzi-scheme nature has gone away!?! The viral nature of bitcoin was it's power... if you didn't own you were MOCKED! Now? Completely reasonable, heck, SMARTER, to ignore bitcoin and place other bets! No one is trying to convince people to buy Bitcoin anymore... the memes and NFTs are gone. No one is saying $ BTC can change the world, because it won't — and BECAUSE AI HAS! Just sell and shift from Bitcoin to Super Intelligence because one provides little to no value, and the other provides unlimited upside for humanity. This should be obvious to everyone right now. Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again.

NASA is paying Elon Musk’s SpaceX $843 MILLION to bring the International Space Station crashing back to Earth. But why SpaceX, and what happens if NASA does nothing? The ISS has been orbiting Earth for over 25 years, but it’s ageing and NASA plans to retire it around 2030. NASA selected SpaceX to develop a specially modified Dragon spacecraft capable of docking with the enormous station and using powerful thrusters to gradually lower its orbit. SpaceX won the contract through a competitive procurement process, with its experience in spacecraft development, docking and propulsion helping it secure the job. But here’s the interesting part. NASA can’t simply abandon the ISS. Without regular boosts to maintain its altitude, atmospheric drag would gradually pull the 400-tonne station towards Earth. Eventually, it would re-enter the atmosphere uncontrollably, potentially scattering surviving debris across an unpredictable area of the planet. That’s a risk NASA isn’t prepared to take. Instead, SpaceX’s vehicle will guide the station into a controlled re-entry over a remote region of the Pacific Ocean, where any surviving debris can fall away from populated areas. After decades of scientific discoveries and international cooperation, one of humanity’s greatest engineering achievements will deliberately be brought back to Earth. And SpaceX has been given the job of making sure it happens safely. .

Yet another Fed decision that just reminds me of why I love Bitcoin in the face of endless monetary debasement. The Federal Reserve just voted to keep interest rates unchanged, even as inflation remains elevated. Their stated objective remains 2% inflation, measured using the Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) price index. I want everyone to understand what this actually means over a generation. At 2% annual inflation, the U.S. dollar loses 32.7% of its purchasing power over 20 years. That's a 48.59% cumulative increase in consumer prices. A basket of goods costing $100 today would cost $148.59 in 20 years. And that's assuming the Federal Reserve achieves its inflation target perfectly, every single year. Now consider where we actually are. The latest PCE data shows prices increased 2.43% during the first eight months of 2026. Annualized on a compounded basis, that's 3.67% inflation. This is the Federal Reserve's own preferred inflation measurement, running at an annualized pace substantially above its stated target. Now consider the consequences if that rate persisted. At 3.67% annual inflation compounded over 20 years, the U.S. dollar loses 51.37% of its purchasing power. The cumulative price increase would be 105.62%. Your $100 basket of goods would cost $205.62. And here's where the mathematics becomes extraordinary. The median existing American home currently sells for $417,500. If home prices appreciated at the same 3.67% annual rate, that home would cost approximately $858,467 in 2046. That's nearly $441,000 in nominal appreciation. And the real, inflation-adjusted appreciation? Zero. A house could more than double in nominal price over a generation without increasing in real value whatsoever. We spend our entire lives accumulating dollars, negotiating raises, building home equity, and measuring our financial progress using nominal figures. Meanwhile, the purchasing power of the unit we use to measure that progress continuously deteriorates. And even if the Federal Reserve achieves exactly what it considers price stability, that still means nearly one-third of the dollar's purchasing power disappearing over 20 years. At the current annualized PCE pace, that hypothetical loss exceeds half. These aren't exotic assumptions or complicated financial models. They're the mathematical consequences of compounding inflation, calculated using the Federal Reserve's preferred price index. Debasement is terrifying. Thank God for Bitcoin.

The biggest mistake tourists make in Japan is dragging a fifty-pound suitcase up and down subway stairs. Watch how Japanese travelers board the bullet train. They walk on with a cup of green tea, a small shoulder bag, and both hands free. Where is their luggage? It is already in the next city, waiting for them. In Japan, the system is called Takkyubin, recognizable everywhere by a logo of a mother black cat carrying her kitten gently in her mouth. When you check out of your hotel in Tokyo at eight in the morning, you hand your heavy suitcase to the front desk, fill out a tiny slip, and pay about twenty dollars. You can even send it straight from the corner convenience store. Then you spend the entire day wandering through mountain temples or eating street food with nothing on your back. When you walk into your traditional inn in Kyoto that evening, your suitcase is already standing neatly in your room, wiped clean, with the handle turned toward you. In fifty years of handling millions of bags a year, lost luggage is virtually unheard of. A society runs smoothly when you can hand your belongings to a stranger at a convenience store and know they will beat you to your hotel.

I know all too well what happens when religion is weaponized to control women. We must not normalize it.
A WIRED report finds the "Muslim manosphere" going mainstream: influencers invoking Allah's authority to tell women how to dress, behave, and speak, and followers bombarding women's inboxes with unsolicited messages. @Ayaan on what happens when male resentment finds religious authority: URL: ayaan.restoringthewest.com/i… #RestoringTheWest #Manosphere #Women
