Hey @Novig @j__fort, your support desk just told me trades are final because "the game didn't end yet." Your live data feed lagged. Quentin Johnston caught a 57-yard pass at 6:05 PM, instantly killing the Under 34.5 market. Your system left the market unlocked and let a bot/user

Heres another example of something a little bit ago. I cashed out, because why risk 4k, to win additional $300, for people who thought match was still live with pending markets, they could bet Arnaldi wayyyyyy after match was over and just free money to Musetti bettors

For the 19,000 reading this and those who Bookmarked, i’m not a competitor. I’m a Veteran and a Father who enjoys gambling. I would never advise anyone to bet more than you are willing to lose. I submitted for Verification , so not have a blue Mark doesn’t discredit the problem here. The issue is an admitted systemic failure allowed bets to stick in pending after a result was determined and forced a $2,000 loss. You can see in the thread the screenshots, timestamps, admitted failures etc

@VictorRocha1 how would you handle something like this with your sportsbooks/ matketplaces?

@Betlifesports if any of the places you bet had admitted systematic failure that caused your bets several minutes to be placed after market shifts or while betting live and gets stuck pending until after a result is decided, would you do what i’m doing now and bring attention?

Update to the 18,000 now viewers, this was on Saturday, the issue caused multiple bets to lag and be stuck for several minutes, even when at or below take market levels. They said it should work, but it took several minutes to work. This is part of my complaint as it happened live on Sunday and posted after a line was Decided. All i’m asking for is the correct void. #Novig #GamblingCommunity
Replying to @Mtwill1171
Also, they knew their was an issue on Saturday, and said it got resolved way before sunday The issue came back during the 6:00 pm time on Sunday. So this wasn’t the first issue this weekend, before anyone says oh my internet just sucks

When a platform admits to a 'known UI issue' that locks a human user's screen while keeping the backend open for algorithmic exploitation, it stops being a standard user dispute. It becomes a systemic consumer protection failure. How do we expect peer-to-peer markets to survive if the house forces the user to inherit the liability of a broken UI? @DustinGouker @TheHammerHQ @RLinnehanSR

@brianjpempus @RLinnehanSR @TheHammerHQ @CirclesOffHQ you’re all experts in your field, should technical glitches/ Latency UI issues that lock a bet in pending be voided and corrected?

*"Update for the 14k people reading: This isn't a case of just being 'too slow' against a fast bot. * An exchange relies on your ability to cancel a pending order. When Novig's 'known UI issue' locked my screen, it paralyzed my account while keeping their backend API wide open for exploitation. Giving a user a broken button and letting bots clean them out for $2,000 is indefensible."

Does everyone here agree @Novig . Yesterday there were great points for novig in the structure of bets, but the Admitted UI issues, cost people thousands and no recourse yet. All i’m asking is for this to be made right

@WALLACHLEGAL @darrenrovell @CapWize @beatingthebook @RufusPeabody @SydneySweeney — an exchange cannot freeze the UI on a dead line, trap user capital, and then deny the tools to cancel. Review the technical logs

Any insight you can provide

If a CFTC-regulated designated contract market has a 'known UI bug' that locks out manual traders while permitting instant automated API execution against dead lines, that is a severe regulatory compliance issue. Does anyone disagree with this?

*"Over 16,000 people in the sports analytics community are tracking this thread. A 16% engagement rate proves bettors care about platform infrastructure. * When your support team admits to a 'known UI issue' that disables a human user's cancel button while leaving the backend wide open for API bots to snipe, it’s no longer market dynamics—it's platform liability. Let's fix this properly @Novig @j__fort

For the record, @Novig knew they had a UI issue Saturday. Was told it was fixed, they also cancelled other bets that hit, such as my 25% tre Tucker TD AND Davante adams yards. The UI glitch kept money froze until it posted after results were determined. Allowing bots to snipe

But trades didn’t go through as normal, they stuck pending until after the result was decided @Novig

For the record, even the AI agent admits trades can be reviewed for technical issues, novig confirmed multiple times over multiple Days of UI issues and bet not posting even after he cleared the yards. THE GASLIGHTING: After admitting to a "known UI issue," Novig’s resolution is to send a generic AI agent to tell me "if it's not matched, you can cancel it in the app." 🤖💀 Hey @Novig I COULDN’T cancel it because YOUR "known UI issue" froze the app and disabled the cancel function! Your broken interface locked me down while your backend let bots snipe a dead line. Letting an AI bot copy-paste basic rules to cover up an infrastructure glitch that cost a user $2,000 is an absolute joke of consumer protection. @DavidPurdum @spanky look at this support loop This is also a rare circumstance that should void due to the technical glitch as indicated is an option by your UI Bot. Just do what’s ethical @j__fort novig team

Just to add clarity . Normally @Novig will instantly remove a market when it’s decided, for example i had a 25% tre tucker anytime make market, he scored a TD and boom, line removed. Sames as Adams over 30 yards, he went over 30, it removed line. This post is regarding Quentin Johnston that got stuck in a system ui glitch and lag and was dead already, then posted and immediately sniped by bots. They admit there was ui issues all weekend, they admit it was a system glitch, but refuse to make things right heres 2 examples of what shouldve happened yesterday
