साकेत थाने से शाहीन का एक और वीडियो वायरल, लेकिन सवालों के जवाब आज तक नहीं मिले 3 सितंबर को दिल्ली के साकेत थाने में 4PM की पत्रकार शाहीन खान और नफीसा खान के साथ मारपीट की गई थी। आज 25 सितंबर है, 22 दिन बीत चुके हैं। वीडियो में शाहीन के शरीर पर चोट के निशान साफ तौर पर दिखे थे। नफीसा की हालत भी बेहद खराब नजर आई थी। शाहीन ने पुलिस पर बेरहमी से पीटने और धर्म पूछकर मारपीट बढ़ाने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया था। लेकिन आज भी सवाल वही है, आखिर इस पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कब होगी? अगर आरोप गलत हैं तो सच सामने आना चाहिए, और अगर आरोप सही हैं तो जिम्मेदार पुलिसकर्मियों पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। पत्रकार के साथ थाने के अंदर क्या हुआ, इसका जवाब CCTV और निष्पक्ष जांच से मिलना चाहिए। 22 दिन बाद भी सवाल कायम है, आखिर शाहीन और नफीसा को इंसाफ कब मिलेगा?

Shalimar Bagh, Rekha Gupta's Delhi. Civic authorities demolished a portion of Madina Masjid in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh late Tuesday night as part of an anti-encroachment and road-widening drive on Max Hospital Road. The mosque, managed by Rafiq-e-Millat Trust, stands in Shalimar village, which falls in Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s assembly constituency. Officials said upper floors of the structure and some adjoining buildings were removed after notices were issued. A large police force was deployed at the site. The Trust had challenged the MCD action in court. On September 15, the court granted interim protection to the ground floor but did not cover the upper floors. A hearing listed for September 21 did not result in a fresh order after lawyers stayed away from work. The next date has been fixed for December 3. Mosque committee members said they were not shown demolition papers at the spot and alleged the drive began around midnight. The Imam said they were not given enough time to remove the Quran and other belongings. AIMIM leaders who reached the site called the timing unconstitutional and compared it to the recent mosque demolition in Saharanpur. #IndianMuslims

A Muslim youth has alleged that he was assaulted and forced to chant “Jai Shri Ram” while travelling by train from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh. According to a video circulating on social media, the incident allegedly took place on September 18, shortly after the train crossed Kalyan. The youth claimed a group of men confronted him after noticing his chain, which they allegedly believed was gold. He said they snatched the chain, tore his shirt, beat him and used it to tie him up. He also alleged that the attackers threatened passengers who tried to intervene and claimed railway police refused to register his complaint.

A Muslim youth Imran Sheikh, travelling from Mumbai towards Uttar Pradesh, has alleged that a group of men assaulted him on a train after it crossed Kalyan.
