This morning on ESPN's First Take, Nick Saban argued player and coach pay are "totally different markets."

What it still doesn’t do: give athletes a real seat at the table. If Congress is going to set the rules for college sports, the players should have a voice through collective bargaining.

Senator Kennedy has a point. If the Protect College Sports Act becomes law, just remember: elected officials voted to limit compensation to American workers (including American workers of private employers).
