Jev (the hottest new classifier model from the creator of @ChatGPT @CompleteSkeptic @hackgoofer) is remarkably good at classifying web fields, so in a test run I paired it with the @1Password Brain, which has powered autofill for years.
The result highlighted an important distinction:
- Jev: “What does this field appear to be?”
- Brain: “Should this field be filled in this context?”
- Secure autofill: sometimes the correct action is SKIP
Classification and action are still distinct problems, and we need to solve BOTH in order to deliver secure context-aware autofill

On the latest episode Zero-Shot Learning, I speak with @TheRohanVarma of @OpenAI’s Codex team about the evolution in AI coding from autocomplete to delegating jobs with outcomes.
Ro says some customers report 20% faster PR velocity. But that number misses the larger shift: “Codex can do something that would take an engineer ten hours, and it can do it in ten minutes.”
That is when an AI coding agent starts to feel like a coworker: when you can delegate the job and verify the result.
