Wether a Republican can win the White House comes down to three things 1. Trump’s approval rating in summer of 2028 2. How strong is the democratic candidate is 4. Is the war in Iran over by then If all three are bad for republicans than anyone in Trump admin will lose.
WSJ: People close to the JD Vance worry any Republican would struggle to win the White House in two years. Link: wsj.com/politics/elections/j…

There is a serious issue with Slotkin becoming majority leader: she’s from a swing state. Leaders nowadays are always unpopular and always underperform. The leader must come from a safe state

VoteHub obtained North Carolina’s list of voters with provisional ballots still to be counted from the State Board of Elections office. They are heavily Democratic and could help Democrats hold NC-05 and flip NC-03.

The problem is there’s a lot of toxic influence around him like Mark Levin guiding him into making beat Iran his legacy. If all he cares about now is being remembered as “the President that finally destroyed the Islamic republic” that’s not news for gop electoral prospects.
Two years is a long time, and I’m big on uncertainty, but it is prob worrisome for Rs that Ds in a lot of these districts (and some states) got outright more votes than Harris did Trump is also historically unpopular and two of the frontrunners to succeed him are in his admin

Another reason why democrats could not win florida
In the end, Republicans probably lost even more ground with young voters than polling anticipated. At FSU, for example, the margin shifted from Harris+13 to Nixon+70.
