I lost my mom to cancer a few months ago. Yesterday at the dentist, I was asked to rate my pain out of 10, and suddenly I flashed back to all the times I had to ask my mom that same question during her illness. I completely zoned out for a few seconds, and the doctor was just staring at me. It’s strange how quickly grief can pull you back.

Just as AI coding went from 10% to 99% in less than a year, the same will happen to SaaS.
SaaS companies and investors will still sell you on a whole lot of BS reasons to buy (support, features you never wanted, "domain expertise", "nobody ever got fired over using bluh bluh"), but the ship is sinking, and it's sinking fast. The software price will collapse to zero, and there is nothing any of them can do to stop it.
AI is a miracle 💙
