Today, Nasdaq will honor the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with a day of remembrance at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. The @FDNYFoundation and members of the Fire Department of the City of New York (@FDNY), who served with extraordinary courage on that day and in the months that followed, will ring the @NasdaqExchange opening bell in solemn tribute to the lives lost. Nasdaq and the FDNY will also observe moments of silence at 9:11 a.m. ET outside in the Times Square triangle and again at 9:20 a.m. ET in studio to honor the victims, their families, and survivors. The names of the victims will scroll on the Nasdaq Tower from 9:00–9:20 a.m. ET.
