Oklahoma
I’m instituting a new policy. In the past I’ve just muted all the worthless leftist idiots. Going forward I will be blocking them. You all silenced Charlie’s voice forever. I will silence you from sharing your stupidity on my page going forward. I won’t allow you to spread your woke stupidity on my page. It’s a virus & I won’t allow you to use my page to spread it. I hope you eventually see the light, but if I block you it’s because you’ve proven incapable of openness, honest debate, or even a modicum of intelligence. So you’ll no longer get access to my page to spread your stupidity. You can wallow in your idiocy on your own page.

“If you don’t have the stomach to run our country like a first world nation… no problem. Just let the people who do.”
Replying to @Jason @grok
Americans never asked for this… In fact, Americans have been overwhelmingly against it the entire time. From Clinton to Obama to Trump. Check the polling. Go listen to Clinton and Obama talk about it. It’s also not just about "cheap labor", even though that’s disgraceful enough. Act like your lovely Japan just a tiny bit and consider our own nation’s future. Our demographics. Our culture. What country your children and grandchildren will live in. Plus, as long as illegal immigrants are counted in the census, which determines congressional seats for each state and their number of electoral college votes in our elections, then yes… they should all go. You also constantly defer to "they’ve been here for 30+ years!" Ok, well how about the 10+ million who JUST entered the country under Biden. Can we remove them? Or have they already been here too long as well. Illegal immigrants are not Americans. They are citizens of foreign countries. Look around the West and realize where we are. If you don’t have the stomach to run our country like a first world nation… no problem. Just let the people who do.

The California Green New Scammers, spending tens of millions of dollars attacking members of the House Freedom Caucus, want hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars flowing into their pockets once again, just like during the Biden administration. During the fight over the Big Beautiful Bill last year, HFC members successfully fought to strip out the Green New Scam from the legislation. The hard-left San Francisco Democrats behind this $15 million SuperPAC want Hakeem Jeffries running the House and Chuck Schumer running the Senate. Their main funder donated more than $10 million to Kamala Harris and has pledged millions to elect Gavin Newsom as President.   California has the nation’s highest energy costs and these Green Scammers want to force these radical anti-consumer policies on the whole nation.  That means sky-high household electricity prices and government-mandated solar and wind.   Instead of letting consumers choose, they want the government to force Americans to use their taxpayer-funded, inefficient energy policy schemes. Just last week, the Trump administration lowered the Biden-era Green New Scam "fuel standards" from 50.4 mpg to 34.9 mpg.  These Green New Scammers want Biden policies back.  Our job in the next four weeks is to ensure they never again get their hands on our tax dollars.

I passed the first ever Anti-Red Flag Act to stop exactly this kind of infringement on our rights. CA & NY violations of the 2A have no place in Oklahoma.
You get into an online spat with someone from New York. They know you're a gun owner, and they don't like your politics. A few weeks later, there's a knock on the door. It's the police, demanding you hand over your firearms. Why? A New York bureaucrat signed off on a Red Flag order against you. You don't even live in New York. Doesn't matter. Under AB 1753, signed by Gavin Newsom, California police can enforce out-of-state Red Flag orders. New video up on YouTube.

It may not be legal, but it is done in the Oklahoma State Senate… Of course when you point that out & file a bill to stop it from happening, Senate “leadership” will strip you of all your positions. That’s what they did to @SenShaneJettOK
Is it legal to vote drunk?

We don’t have a justice system in America. Haven’t had one for a long time. We have a LEGAL system. Which doesn’t care at all about justice. And it’s mostly all lawfare as far removed from justice as possible.
The fact that a juror needs to hire his own attorney is one of many examples of how our justice system is broken.

But has the army veteran considered how worthwhile him being falsely jailed was so that people like @realmfoster can get paid to support flock/ai/data centers as the real heroes!
JUST IN: Army veteran jailed for 30 days over a shooting he did not commit after investigators relied on Flock surveillance data to identify him as a suspect.

If Flock has nothing to hide, they shouldn’t have a problem with their locations being tracked… Right? RIGHT?!?
Flock Safety has issued a legal demand seeking the removal of a public map showing the locations of approximately 300,000 of its surveillance devices across the United States.

If a sheriff wants your location history, he should get a warrant. Instead agencies buy it from a data broker. No warrant needed. Same data. No judge. No probable cause. Buying your way around the Fourth Amendment is still going around it.

Imagine thinking pointing out that my views aren’t for sale like his views are somehow puts @realmfoster in a better light. 😂😂 Anybody want to guess what his going rate is? He refuses to answer how much he’s being paid for the views he spews.

What kind of an idiot do you have to be to say: police arrest people wrongly all the time…so we should automate the process & make it EASIER for them to do it MORE OFTEN? This kind of an idiot:
Every time grandstanding politicians (or ex politicians) talk about Flock, they show how little they actually know about it. Flock, in its own training tells departments that a hit is not determinate. Its a clue. All information has to be verified - just like any witness statements. Heres a newsflash for ya - cops pull over people wrongly for bad information WITHOUT flock all the time.

But paid hacktivists like @realmfoster say Flock spy cameras makes things easier for police. I guess he just leaves out the part about the things it makes easier is arresting INNOCENT people.
Flock camera pings the wrong Durango, and 23 year-old woman spends 13 days in jail for a crash she didn’t cause. Lindsey Brooke Isaacs was 23, asleep in her Palm Coast apartment, when Florida Highway Patrol troopers pounded on the door. They told her her black Dodge Durango had killed three people on I-4 near DeBary on October 4, 2025. A motorcyclist and Flagler County official Jorge Salinas and his wife. She said they had the wrong person. Her SUV was almost new. No crash damage. She asked them to show her the damage. They wouldn’t let her look. They towed the car anyway. What they had was a Flock automated license plate reader hit. A camera three miles west of the wreck logged her plate at 9:51 p.m. The crash was around 9:53. That timing should have cleared her, as she was already past the scene. Instead, it became the case. Witnesses and a 911 caller described a maroon Durango and a partial plate starting 458. Struck vehicles had maroon paint. Isaacs’ plate was RJVN10. Her Durango was black. Investigators searched Flock for a black Durango anyway, locked onto the first one they found, and ran with it. They alleged “marks consistent with a collision.” Photos of the car in the impound lot later showed no such damage. They never pulled the event data recorder that would have shown no collision. They omitted the maroon description and the timing from the story that put her in handcuffs. April 17, 2026: arrest warrant. Eight felonies, including three counts of vehicular homicide. Held without bond. Thirteen days in Volusia County Jail, including solitary, she later told the Senate, in a cell with feces on the walls. Facing what she was told could be life. April 29: $250,000 bond. May 22: prosecutors drop every charge. Same day, they arrest Alisa Lee Montalvo of Deltona who owned a maroon Durango, plate beginning 458, damage that actually matches. Isaacs is suing the two FHP sergeants who built the case. This week she testified in the U.S. Senate about Flock’s nationwide ALPR network.

I shared this story back when Ms. Isaacs was released this spring but it's finally getting the attention it should get now that she's publicly testified about it. Ms. Isaacs was driving a *BLACK* Durango that was pinnged on a Flock camera near the scene of a fatal hit and run. When police arrived on the scene of the fatal hit and run in April, literally every witness at the scene stated the criminal responsible was driving a *MAROON* Durango and the vehicle had obvious damage to the front of the vehicle at the time she fled. Instead of doing a normal police investigation "the old fashioned way" - i.e. taking witness statements, looking for a damaged vehicle matching the description at auto body shops, etc... the police just did a search the database of nearby Flock camera images and saw that Ms. Isaacs *BLACK* Durango (literally the police photo of the in tact vehicle shown in inset) was in the area at the time. They then went to her home, saw her non damaged vehicle, and arrested her. They did zero investigation into the alleged deadly hit and run outside of searching the database and finding a "similar" vehicle. I hope Ms. Isaacs sues and bankrupts everyone involved. The police, county, Flock, the prison, etc... This should NEVER happen in America. Institutional laziness and reliance on flawed technology is not an acceptable way to conduct law enforcement investigations that strip EVERY civil right from an American citizen for literally no valid reason. Oppose the unconstitutional digital police state accordingly... #CivilRights #PoliceState #crime #decay #cops #gulag #4thAmendment #CarpenterVsUS #police #FailedState

Sure she was wrongly imprisoned & thrown in solitary confinement. But has she considered how much money people like @realmfoster are getting paid to support flock cameras & data centers? They would gladly have others sacrifice much more than what she experienced for their benefit.
Lindsey Isaacs, a 23-year-old from Palm Coast, Florida, testified about being thrown into solitary confinement for more than three days after a Flock license-plate camera wrongly tied her Dodge Durango to a deadly I-4 crash. Jail staff told her she had to stay isolated because of how serious the charges were. The cell door stayed locked for about 86 hours. She said she was terrified she would spend the rest of her life in prison for a wreck she knew she hadn’t caused. At her lowest point she didn’t want to live. She spent nearly two weeks in maximum-security jail before prosecutors dropped the charges. Flock should be sued out of existence for this.

Reese Gorman was a solid journalist (a rare quality!) when he was in Oklahoma. Glad to see he still covers our State even though he doesn’t live here anymore.
New: An internal battle is boiling over between Rep. Kevin Hern and Sen. Alan Armstrong about who gets to serve out the remainder of the term after the election Yesterday, Oklahoma state Senate Pro Tem Lonnie Paxton requested an AG opinion on the matter. Hern's team believes that state law says that if they win the election they get sworn into the Senate in November. Armstrong's team believes they get to serve until January because they argue he was appointed to fill out the remainder of the term. Additionally he wants to stay until permitting reform is done. Armstrong's attorney sent a letter to Gov. Kevin Stitt on Sept. 11 asking that he request an AG opinion on the matter. Sources say Stitt has not yet requested an opinion. Hern has hired prominent Oklahoma attorney Glenn Coffee to help with any challenges. washingtonsun.com/us-news/ok…

Sounds terrible. Maybe you all should secure our elections by passing the SAVE Act so they can’t keep cheating to steal elections. Of course you’re mostly a bunch of worthless sacks of hot air, to put it kindly.
If Democrats gain power, the new socialist wing of their party will be writing your laws.  They’ve pledged to raise taxes to pay for illegal aliens’ healthcare, abolish ICE and border security, and empty prisons.
