Such grotesque language Wish I could take a person like this even onto an organic vegetable farm where they need blood and bone meal to grow the veggies

Mine are vegetarian from birth. And are healthy, smart, happy. How healthy is eating someone's blood and pus? Good luck getting vitamins from that! I have many (Indian) friends who are vegetarian from birth and are doing great too.

If the point is reducing direct consumption of animal products, vegetables grown with fertilizer still involve far less animal material than eating meat directly.

Do you avoid grain or consider that as falling under a principle of double effect? I’ve always wondered this about ethical vegetarians since finding out the number of small mammals that get mangled or crushed by combine harvesters.

I eat grains. those absurd conversations are created to justify cruelty of 200 mln animals being killed daily for consumption. Grains (including good quality bread) grow under sun and have perfect energy and vitamins, nutrients for you. I enjoy those, nuts, veggies, fruits daily

My grass fed grown under the sun beef is 1 death per million calories. Your grains come out to around 300 deaths per million calories & with manure/ blood/ bone fertilizer they also take a share of those beef deaths. You are tragically misinformed regarding your existence

That doesn’t even include insects. Or the biodiversity opportunity cost.

Have you heard of tropic levels? If everyone ate grass fed cows then there'd be a lot fewer people alive. And a lot fewer animals, since cows would crowd out all the native plants and animals. Why do people always seem ignore the existence of trophic levels in these convos?

If everyone only ate grass fed cows we'd need dozens of Earth's worth of land to fit all those cows. It doesn't scale to feed 8 billion people. Yes, it can be done on a small scale. But it doesn't work on a global scale.

You don’t understand how management changes carrying capacity. Nor do you understand just how much the carrying capacity has been degraded. You’re not speaking facts, just reciting a shibboleth.
