39 days. November 3 is a national referendum. Not on vibes. Not on “tone.” On whether this country is still going to be governed by conservative values, or by a faction inside the Democratic Party that now runs openly as socialists, in some races as communists, and is comfortable standing next to people who said America deserved 9/11. That is the choice. Say it plainly. One side still talks like a country. Borders. Police. Work. Energy. Allies. The 2024 mandate: finish the job. The other side just captured Democratic primaries out in the open. Medicare for All as a federal takeover. Abolish ICE. A world without borders. A world without police or prisons. An arms embargo on Israel. DSA on the ballot. And a Senate nominee in Michigan who put Hasan Piker on the trail after Piker said America deserved 9/11. El-Sayed did not say that line. Piker did. El-Sayed used him anyway. When he was asked to draw a line, he said he wasn’t there to disavow people’s views. Later he called it “dumb.” Platform first. Sanitize second. That is the coalition. If they take the House, 2024 is not a legacy. It is a two-year rental. The border agenda. The energy agenda. The crime agenda. The judges and the leverage. A House in that faction’s hands can stall it, starve it, investigate it, and reverse it. Everything we fought for in 2024 goes back on the table. Republicans hold the House by a sliver. Democrats need a handful of seats. The forecasters and the markets already have us as a long shot if our people stay home. We are not going to stay home. I’m in Florida. Fellow Floridians: this is not someone else’s election. A national majority is built out of state after state showing up. Register. Vote. Take somebody with you.
