As a Muslim, I can tell u that we' ve nothing in the Qur'an or Hadith that obligates or commands women to cover their faces .. Its actually forbidden during Hajj 🕋 to conceal ur face .. How God will order women to do something in everyday life that He Himself declared HARAM to do while in the holy house of Allah ?!!

Imagine being made to wear an outfit like that because the men of that culture can’t keep their sexual urges in check. 🤦‍♂️ If you want to dress oppressed you’re going to have to go to a country that oppresses women.

All Islamic girls are crying in unison at this gesture. They are literally weeping with happiness. Every progressive country should follow suit and free them from this slavery. This dictum of the first pedophile on earth, aka Muhammad, regarding women is anti - feminist and akin to human rights blasphemy. Thanks, Madam PM, from 1 billion Islamic women facing trauma day in and day out.

Every one should have complete freedom to practice their own religion.

If a country sets clear rules for its public schools, people should respect them. Religious freedom matters, but so do safety, identification, and the standards that apply equally to everyone.

As an Italian, I don’t see anyone at school wearing a burqa. He didn’t do anything, and the statistics say so too. The problem is another: salaries are low and fuel is skyrocketing. These are the problems.

Good move. Other countries should seriously consider similar rules in schools. Religious freedom should be respected, but schools also have valid reasons to require student's faces to be identifiable.

A very good move. Italy is not an Islamic country. If you love Islam so much, immigrate to Islamic countries.

This is democracy in action! The people have spoken, no more hiding your face and shoving your terrible religion down others throats. Islam does not need to be accepted in non Muslim countries. Adapt or GTFO! Well done Italy!

It's true!

Way to go! Every other European country should follow suite. You don't come to people's country to detect what you wear. If you don't like what that country wears, why go there? This is common sense

She created a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Meanwhile in Italy, we're facing endless budget cuts to healthcare and education, wages stuck where they were 30 years ago despite the rising cost of living, and a severe fuel price crisis. This is pure mass distraction.
