The DoD released a new factsheet on nuclear deterrence to justify their $28.9 billion modernization budget request. I find it ironic that they decided to use a B2 stealth bomber to represent the "visible" aspect of the U.S. nuclear triad.

The document also appears to accuse Russia of developing nuclear depth charges, drones, and anti-aircraft missiles. I realize that this language came out of the 2018 NPR but really?
