When we met at a summer camp I was the Waterfront Director, teaching canoeing and kayaking that summer. I was also co-directing the camper in leadership training program. She was the Crafts Director.
10 years married. Dated for 5 prior to that. We’ve seen 5 degrees, 4 children, and lots of ups and downs together.
She recently accompanied me on a series of guest lectures I was giving overseas and someone asked her, “what’s it like to be married to someone as smart as Wes Huff?” She laughed, because she knows that of the two of us she’s the smart one.
Not an anniversary post. I just love my wife.
