Redirecting blame onto a mythical lazy white guy is similar to how boomers conceptualize who gets replaced by "hard-working" immigrants. They believe McDonald's needs immigrants because there's too many of these "good-fer-nothin" white teens who can't flip a burger. In both situations, it's actually blacks who are exploiting welfare and not doing a good job at menial labor. But boomers prefer to imagine it's a white guy.

Port Arthur is a very very strange case in that senior police officers in Hobart who dealt with the case and some of the restaurant workers who were there and were victims of the massacre both said it was a false flag. I don’t think there has been another case where the actual victims said ‘this was a false flag’ This man had an IQ of 62 and he made sure to count his rounds reloading at 29 rounds so there would always be one seated in the chamber while he was reloading. Years ago I spoke to his girlfriend at the time and she told me he was acting very oddly in the weeks before the massacre meeting with strange people and acting like someone was controlling him. The more you look into it the weirder it gets. It’s very odd for not just Internet weirdos but the people who were actually there to be saying something was off.
