CLARITY Act Odds rise as Senate Vote Approaches
Polymarket odds for the CLARITY Act passing in 2026 have climbed to roughly 30%.
As Senator Cynthia Lummis claims, the new draft addresses more than 120 requests made by Democrats.
Now, the bill includes a number of modifications related to DeFi, consumer protection and regulation of digital asset markets.
The Senate is set to vote on cloture on September 15 at 2:15 p.m. ET.
Republicans hold 53 Senate seats, meaning at least seven Democrats must support cloture.
