Sorry about this. We just recently added the Cmd-Delete shortcut intended as a force-delete shortcut but didn't know that it conflicts with a macOS text input shortcut, and there's a bug causing it to remain active while the terminal is in focus. It's already fixed in the next version which is being tested and will be released soon.

Yeah! @OrbStack 2.0 embedded Ghostty as their built-in terminal (via libghostty). If you use OrbStack, you're now also using Ghostty. So cool to see this. I think we'll only see more of this when libghostty stabilizes and gets packaged properly.

switching back to Docker solved the problem. I'm going to switch to OrbStack again and email you the details. Just need a few hours.
I wonder if Kamal deployment would work with a fresh Rails app. I think you might be able to repro it that way.
It was failing for me on 2 Rails project both deployed using Kamal.

well above my paygrade lol... I'm sure @OrbStack could help you out. I'm assuming it'll be some form of dns setting within either dnsmasq or orbstack to make sure they don't conflict.
