In 2022 during Presidential Debate, this is what Deputy President Wiliam Ruto as he then was said on government contracts signed with other institutions. I wonder if his opinion still stand now that kenyans are demanding the same on Dangote Refinery Agreement.

Let Ruto simply provide details of the Dangote Oil Refinery deal. Side shows will not work. The facility is being developed on public land, on a port developed by public funds. Compliance with the provisions of Article 10 and Article 73 is not discretionary, it is mandatory!

The Political Parties Disputes Tribunal has found that the ORPP’s decision to decline the registration of the name Linda Mwananchi Movement (LMM) lacked legal justification and breached provisions of the Political Parties Act.
The Tribunal has therefore set aside that decision!
