The provisions I opposed in the email I sent are: §27.60a(b) — entry into an apartment or other location without an express warrant/consent requirement. §27.60a(c) — prohibition on obstructing/interfering with an investigation. §27.60(a) — expansion from surveillance to prevention, containment and mitigation, plus the broad “any other disease control measure” language. §27.60a(a) — removal of the existing “potential threat to public health” limitation. §27.60b — additional entry authority for contact tracing. §27.60e — broad access to medical records. §27.77 — expanded monitoring of children’s immunization status. Outbreak provisions — ability to exclude susceptible/unvaccinated people from schools and child-care settings.
