Your fitness ceiling at 40+ is NOT anywhere near your ceiling in your 20s/30s. If you truly are “in the best shape ever” at 40+, it is NOT because you’re reverse aging (or whatever the fuck longevity BS you tell yourself). It IS a clear sign of woeful fitness earlier in life.
