🏦 बैंक कर्मियों की मांगे जायज हैं । खासकर लोअर लेवल के कर्मचारी बहुत ज्यादा प्रेशर झेलते हैं। मै ने बहुत से क्लर्क को अपना प्रमोशन त्यागते हुए देखा है क्योंकि ब्रांच मैनेजर का प्रेशर वो नहीं झेल सकते । इसलिए सरकार को इनकी मांग माननी चाहिए और बैंक कर्मियों के लिए 5 डे वर्किंग करनी चाहिए । लेकिन साथ ही साथ बैंक को 7 डे वर्किंग कर देनी चाहिए । इसके अलावा एक और सुधार की जरूरत है । बैंक कर्मियों की सारी सुविधाएं एक सरकारी कर्मचारी के बराबर कर देनी चाहिए । इनकी सैलरी का स्ट्रक्चर भी एक सरकारी कर्मचारी के बराबर कर देनी चाहिए । जहां तक मुझे पता है, एक बैंक कर्मी को एक सरकारी कर्मचारी से काफी ज्यादा भत्ते मिलते हैं। और इनका प्रमोशन बहुत तेज होता है। जहां एक सरकारी कर्मचारी दस से पंद्रह साल तक एक ही पोस्ट पर रह जाता है, वही एक बैंक कर्मी इतने समय में कई बार प्रमोट हो जाते हैं। इसलिए सुधारात्मक कदम उठाते हुए , बैंक कर्मी को एक सरकारी कर्मचारी के बराबर ला देना चाहिए । जहां प्रमोशन से लेकर सैलरी ,भत्ते इत्यादि सब उन्हीं के बारबार हो जायें । नोट - यूपीएससी वालों से तुलना नहीं करनी है, वो सामान्य कर्मचारी से अलग होते हैं 😀
