Over 700,000 American tech workers were laid off since 2022. Nearly 700,000 H-1B visas were issued to Indian nationals in the same timeframe. The H-1B program is a scam that directly hurts the American worker. It’s time to pass my American Tech Workforce Act and end this mess.

SCANDAL IN TEXAS: “MUSLIMS ONLY” ROOM INSIDE A PUBLIC SCHOOL - AND FRISCO ISD WANTS YOU LOOKING AT THE WRONG THING.... RAIR exposed what Liberty High School’s OWN MSA video said was happening inside a taxpayer-funded school: 🔺 “ONLY Muslims will be allowed in.” 🔺 Students could miss class time to use the room, with parents directed to contact an associate principal. 🔺 Donate a prayer rug and receive an hour of volunteer credit - despite district rules barring service hours for donated material goods. 🔺 Girls could write the khutbah, but boys had to deliver it. (SHARIA-ADHERENT) And when the story exploded? The Video was scrubbed, and Frisco ISD went after RAIR’s featured image of a prayer room. But the image was never the evidence. THE MSA’S OWN VIDEO WAS. And Frisco ISD was warned NINE YEARS AGO. In 2017, Texas AG Ken Paxton’s office raised constitutional concerns over dedicated Islamic prayer space in Frisco schools. Nine years later, Frisco ISD is right back where it started. And there is an even bigger question Frisco ISD would apparently rather not discuss: Why is the Muslim Student Association operating inside Texas public schools at all? The MSA has deep historical ties to the Muslim Brotherhood network. Today, MSA National openly promotes “campus activism and da’wah” and is expanding its affiliation network into American high schools. This is not merely about one room. It is about who is being allowed to build ideological infrastructure inside America’s taxpayer-funded schools - and whether school officials will answer basic questions when journalists and parents expose it. Frisco ISD owes Texas parents answers: Who approved “Muslims Only”? Who approved students leaving class? Who approved the prayer-rug credits? Who approved the sex-based khutbah rules? And who reviewed this MSA before allowing it to operate inside Liberty High School? Stop pointing at the illustration. ANSWER FOR WHAT HAPPENED INSIDE THE SCHOOL.

Then, at the same time, a large brigade hit X on my account reporting most of everything I've ever posted on the platform, reporting my profile, reporting my banner, reporting my username, and reporting my handle, attacking the whole content surface of my account. 3: I had a brief discussion today about how my account was handled at X. I am not going to say who it was with or any detail beyond this: It appears my account was transported through every status under the sun at X. One or more X employees wanted to leave a hold on my account for my profile name "Desi H-1Bhenchods", as the term is super-offensive in India. It isn't in the USA, because the USA is not a Hindutva culture region. I don't live in India, and rarely do I ever want to engage with "South Asia". But we are forced to do so against our will here under the Terms and Conditions of this website. As you can see, that also was finally overridden. I was restored before I even had an opportunity to file an appeal. 🫡

They didn't do this because he broke X's TOS because he didn't. He never does and is very careful about that. They are trying to destroy him because he's very effective at finding and exposing indian visa fraud. The same reason why Charlie Kirk was killed, because he was effective. Once you are over the target they will try anything to silence you. They will report you, they will harass you, they will sue you and eventually they will try to kill you. They got thousands of accounts to report every single post and every part of his profile. All because he found their fraud and reported them to USCIS. This cannot be allowed to continue. The state department just set up a portal and asked us to find visa fraud and submit tips. I think this is a fair request. The amount of work that needs to be done is not achievable for the state department alone. BUT if they are going to ask us to do this work they have to protect us. The State Department needs to put india in its place. They cannot target American citizens who are just doing the work THEY asked us to do. @DeputySecState @SecRubio

Shutting down spouse work visas would be an excellent first step. A bunch of them only got married because it would grant them the visa. The H1B program was created to bring in the brightest and the best. H-4 EAD completely violates the spirit of it.
