campus wifi doesn't need to block a site. it just answers your DNS lookup with the wrong address, or none. the site's fine, your resolver lied.
that's DNS interception. Pangea's tunnel carries your DNS too, so you're asking a resolver campus IT doesn't run.

Voice chat drops but texts go through? Campus wifi often kills UDP, leaves TCP 443 alone. Calls need UDP, chat doesn't.
A VPN that also runs over UDP hits the same wall. Pangea's Reality transport uses TCP 443 disguised as ordinary HTTPS, so voice traffic can get through too.

Some networks don't block your VPN, they intercept DNS on port 53 no matter what resolver you set. Point your device at 1.1.1.1, it still gets grabbed there.

California’s law starts in 2027. For now, simply declaring your age is enough, but companies could eventually use facial scans, government IDs or other verification methods to prevent minors from simply lying.
The really important part is that these laws could have effects far beyond the states that passed them. Apple, Google and Microsoft may decide it’s easier to build one age-verification system for everyone rather than completely different systems for each state
